Groundwork is distributed as a Claude Code plugin.
Add the marketplace

/groundworkThat lists the available workflows. You do not have to invoke them by name — each stage is a skill with its own trigger:

design | have a validated requirement set and want an architecture | .sdlc/design/ — components, interfaces, ADRs and C4 diagrams |
The design stage expects the requirements stage to have run first: it reads the validated requirement set as its input.
